When making this Mexican seasoning blend, we combined traditional south of the border seasonings including peppers. Out popped a mixture with flavor nobody expected. This seasoning is totally out of the box and tastes the best when used on all meats including Beef, Pork, & Poultry. Bent Sombrero 5oz is ideal if you’d like to do a dry run.
This Mexican seasoning can be applied and taken directly to the grill. Or, it can be allowed to sit for at least an hour before cooking, two hours would be better. The spices will get absorbed into the meat unleashes a surprising taste. We like this a lot when making chicken taco’s and other dishes. You don’t need a lot of this seasoning so be careful because it’s HOT. It will overpower the food if you’re not careful !!! Also VERY important, this product is additive and preservative free so you taste the seasoning and the food !!!!!
The shape of the bottles makes it easier to hold on to especially if you have wet hands. It’s harder to tip over if someone bumps into it, and definitely will not roll around like some bottles. Available in three sizes for your convenience.

Chipotle Chili Powder, Hungarian Paprika, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper (90 SHU), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Serrano Peppers, Dried Green Peppers, Dried Red Pepper, Coriander Powder, Chili Powder, & Makrut Lime.
One thing to remind you about Bent Sombrero 5oz is you don’t need a lot and we recommend testing to figure out how much you need per dish. Unfortunately we can’t provide guidance because everyone has their own specific tastes. What I will tell you is we put too much on a pork loin and completely ruined it. It was too hot to enjoy so be careful not to use a heavy hand the first time you use it. It flavors the foods, and you will be extremely happy.
