Actually, this is just garlic powder with salt added to the mixture. It can be made with powder or granulated garlic. The blend is usually 1 part powder to 3 parts salt with an anti-caking agent added. It produces a seasoned salt made of a mixture of dried, ground garlic and table salt. Included is an anti-caking agent (e.g., calcium silicate). In its most basic form, it is made by combining 3 parts salt and 1-part dried powder by volume, or 6 parts salt and 1 part powder by weight.
