Basket Cleaning:

Cleaning is easy to do. After grilling, allow the basket to cool before washing it with warm, soapy water, just like any other dish. Because of the mesh construction, there are no crevices where food residues could conceal themselves. Hand wash with mild dish washing soap. Rinse and dry immediately. Do not use metallic scrubbers or put in dishwashers. For longevity, apply a small amount of mineral oil or other food-safe oil to wood components.
