Cookin Wit Gus’ Fresh Herb Seasoning (2.75oz) was hand crafted for use over a wide array of dishes. To be clear, this blend uses dried herbs, we just call the blend “Fresh Herb”.
Use this herb seasoning on just about any vegetable dish, soup, or sauce. We recommend this be used as seasoning for poultry including wild game birds, lamb, pork, & veal.
Fresh Herb Seasoning (2.75oz) has been blended using organic ingredients and brings salads and vegetable dishes to life. When baking a turkey, liberally sprinkle this blend inside the turkey and/or under the skin with a small amount of water or melted butter. Let the flavors permeate throughout the entire bird for at least 24 hours before cooking. If used to deep fry, add this to whatever binder you’re familiar with. You can use this with any meat, but we like it best on poultry.
