A pepper mill, also referred to as a pepper grinder, passes peppercorns through burrs to grind them into fragments, releasing oils and aromas that deliver a fresher and more potent pepper flavor. Made from crystal clear acrylic, this pepper mill has the appearance of glass, but is lighter and safer. Long pepper grinds easily in a spice grinder and can be used as a substitute for black pepper either finely ground or coarsely cracked where a sweeter, spicier accent is desired.

It’s essential that you keep your Acrylic White Pepper Mill clean and well maintained. By regularly removing old, stale grounds and any oil buildup from the grinding chamber and burr set, you can help to minimize clumping. To clean your salt and pepper mills, wipe clean with a damp cloth or polish with a soft cloth for wooden mills. Do not use alcohol, strong detergents, abrasives, or any kind of solvents to clean the mill. Do not immerse the mills in water and do not place them in a dishwasher.
