White Lightning – 30oz is the ultimate hand crafted beef and pork seasoning blend.

Liberally coat the meat with this blend, sprinkle with a small amount of water, let sit overnight, and you will look like a BBQ efficianato. This can be used to brighten up any meat but don’t just take our word for it. This rub also works well on poultry !!

We think it’s fiery but not over powering like some things you find on the market. This seasoning was hand crafted for meat. It’s mostly used on ribs, poultry, sausage making, and for pulled pork sandwiches. This rub has been tested on poultry and it delivered good taste but it’s ultimately up to the taster. This rub would probably do well with wild game like venison, bear, turkey, or moose for example but availability is an issue keeping me from verification.

The shape of the bottles makes it easier to hold on to especially if you have wet hands, harder to tip over if someone bumps into it, and definitely will not roll around like some bottles. Available in three sizes for your convenience.
