Anyone who has grilled fish only to have it break up when done understands the frustration. Nothing worse than looking at fish lost to the coals and knowing not much can be done about it. We do recommend rubbing a small amount of oil on the basket before the fish. When done, the basket will separate from the fish leaving you with perfectly cooked filets.
