Our recommendation for this mixture is on pork, poultry, and seafood. Sprinkle it on, let it sit a while, and onto the smoker. During long smokes, the natural juices from the fruit make their way into the meat. A tenderizing happens and when low and slow cooking makes the meat falls off the bone. We make this blend using dehydrated fruit along with other spices.<\/p>\n
