This Mexican seasoning can be applied and taken directly to the grill. Or, it can be allowed to sit for at least an hour before cooking, two hours would be better. The spices will get absorbed into the meat unleashes a surprising taste. We like this a lot when making chicken taco’s and other dishes. You don’t need a lot of this seasoning so be careful because it’s HOT. It will overpower the food if you’re not careful !!!
